Thank you for all your help ☺️ I am so grateful for the opportunity to have my vehicle pampered at your location. The service was outstanding and transparent. I really appreciate the text messages to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle. I felt very comfortable asking for more information on other services available. I made an appointment for an oil change and walked out with new filters and wipers. All the staff made an impression on excellent customer service and prompt recommendations for my vehicle.

In the 46 years that I have owned a car and have had to use several auto shops, including dealers, Scott's Automotive @ 7th St & Camelback is by far the absolute BEST!! From the 1st phone call to the 1st appointment, to them helping me solve a small fuel leak that I have had for at least 3 years!! When I first smelled "acetone" 3 years ago, I went to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. I went to 3 other shops over the 3 years because when its hot out, the fuel leak gave off a prominent acetone smell, yet I still got, "we cant find anything..its all in your head". The tech @ Scott's found the leak. The wonderful female service advisor ordered the part (for $1K less than what it would notmally cost!) and arranged to give me a ride home (or I could have had a loaner car..which normally only happens at a dealer...thank you Scott's for being so custer oriented). They fixed the leak and arranged to pick me up. The entire process was sooooo easy. The estimated time it took to fix was spot on. I have had so many shops say it will take about 2 hours and 7 hours later they arent finished. This is the most organized, best shop I have ever been to. Thank you so much for such an enjo

I couldn’t be more impressed with Scott’s Automotive after using them for the first time today for an oil change. I worked with a Ricky who was so friendly when I dropped my car off and very informative when I picked it back up. He let me know everything we may want to consider at the next oil change and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on any recommended repairs. I also loved getting $25.00 off my first service as a new customer! Will absolutely be back in 5,000 miles.

I had a great experience at Scott’s Automotive! They did an excellent job with my oil change and the tire rotation was quick, efficient, and very professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Drea was especially helpful and made sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of. It’s always nice to find a place you can trust with your vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!

Scott's Automotive on 7th Street has been my service center for a few years now. The staff there have always been very helpful, professional and honest regarding my service needs. They provide uber service for me to get to and from work if I need to leave my car for the day. Recently Drea was my service rep & she was amazing! She helped me with my new tire purchase and I am very happy with the tire recommendation she made. Pricing is always great and it prevents me from having to go to numerous businesses for different services. I will always recommend Scott's Automotive to family, friends & colleagues!
